Supporting Our Communities

Can a t-shirt change the world? This fall, RCL employees came together in record numbers to LIVE UNITED and support United Way in our communities.

In Miami, Miramar, Weston, Wichita, Springfield and Seattle, RCL employees raised an astonishing amount – more than $930,000 to help our local United Ways to support critical programs in the areas of education, income and health…and to improve thousands of people’s lives in the process.

The iconic LIVE UNITED t-shirt at the heart of the campaign was the blank canvas for a jaw-dropping “fashion show” employee spirit event that set the stage for RCL’s most successful employee United Way campaign to date.

Can a t-shirt change the world? If changing the world starts at home, and starts with an immense amount of generosity and caring, then the answer is yes.
