Dynamic Websites Help Azamara Club Cruises, Celebrity Cruises, and Royal Caribbean International Recruit Top Talent
To help recruit top candidates for careers at sea, Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd. has enhanced and upgraded its three recruitment websites. Now, more than 80,000 people a month are visiting these information-packed sites: www.AzamaraCareersAtSea.com, www.CelebrityCareersAtSea.com, and www.RoyalCareersAtSea.com.
“If you or someone you know would like to work for one of our brands, please visit our websites. Each one provides a great way to learn about the company, shipboard life, available opportunities, and many of the great reasons to consider a career at sea,” said Eric Stewart, Director of Shipboard Global Talent Aquisition.
Since launching the new sites, RoyalCareersAtSea.com alone has averaged more than 2,000 visits a day – a 50 percent increase in traffic. Visitors spend an average of over 5 minutes per visit, with the search page getting the most interest. “Our three sites have attracted visitors from every region of the globe; from North America to the far off islands of French Polynesia”,” said Stewart.
Each of the three dynamic sites has a welcoming message from the brand’s CEO for potential candidates. “We’re pleased that you’re interested in exploring career opportunities with Celebrity Cruises, and I’d like to tell you a little about our brand, what makes it so special, and why it’s such an attractive place to work,” says Daniel Hanrahan, president and CEO. “Our brand is designed for experienced cruisers, with impeccable service, hip, stylish design, exciting onboard programs, and award-winning cuisine.”
“Royal Caribbean International is the world’s most global, innovative, and exciting cruise line,” says Adam M. Goldstein. “Onboard our ships, you will work alongside professionals from all over the world, while having the opportunity to learn new skills, expand your knowledge, and earn promotions along the way.”
“Azamara Club Cruises is a destination – immersive cruise line for up-market travelers who want to not only see the places and cultures they visit, but to live them”, says Larry Pimentel, president and CEO. “Our two intimate, 694-guest ships offer a boutique European hotel ambience with extraordinary service, fine cuisine and wines from around the world, and wellness and vigor programs, all while sailing to a host of destinations larger ships can’t reach.”
Each of the sites describes the types of careers available in hotel operations and marine operations throughout the three fleets. Interested applicants can conveniently apply online for relevant opportunities that appear on the website. If applicants don’t see a relevant opportunity posted, the position they are seeking may only be available through an authorized hiring partner. To learn the contact information for the hiring partner nearest them, the website has a section where all of the authorized hiring partners are listed.
“If you’re an inspired and talented hospitality professional who is seeking an exciting and rewarding place to develop your career, we invite you to learn more about the many advantages of joining our shipboard teams. And we’ll look forward to seeing you onboard one of our wonderful ships very soon!” said Montiel-Lleonart.
